On water 6.15am, off 7.25am, in work for 8.00am

Nice little session, solo with the rest of the dawn raid brigade either unwell or over sleeping ... Paddling out and then trying to ride the swell back in.

Actually fell off a couple of times as ran aground in the low tide on sand bars!!

Fun tho and decent exercise too
